Fitnessgram Push Up Test

Perform as many push ups as possible in sync with the cadence.

Regular push ups: make sure upper arms are parallel to the ground at bottom of push up.

Hand Release push ups: you may put your chest on the ground and lift hands off the ground, but hips and knees should not touch the ground.
