Welcome to Auburn Elementary School!
My hours are Tuesdays 7:45AM-3:45PM and Thursdays 7:45AM-3:45PM. I provide individual and group educational based counseling. The following groups are available this year:
Banana Splits--A group for children of divorced or separated parents. In this group, we will be sharing and learning about experiences related to coping with a divorce or separation.
Problem Solvers--A group for children to learn new ways to solve conflict. In this group, we will be sharing and learning about new ways to solve conflict and have control over our choices.
Marvelous Me--A group for children struggling with self-esteem issues. In this group, we will be sharing and learning about ways to feel good about ourselves and demonstrate a positive self-image.
Social Skills--A group for Kindergarten students to learn basic social skills. In this group, we will be reviewing and practicing ways to build self-esteem, improve self-control, learn respect for the rights of others and gain an understanding of responsibility for one's own actions.
